Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. The only exception is for products that are damaged, broken, or the wrong product. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
We do sometimes make exceptions. If you are super dissapointed with your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to make it right.
Note: We do not refund shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping the items to us at the address we provide. Please do not send item to the address that you received your item from. We will provide you with an address.
Refund Payment Details
Once your return is received, we will send approval be email, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days to receive payment after we receive your return and apply it to you bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
